We are an independent family run company specialising in letting and managing quality properties in the Fylde and surrounding area. Based in Fylde we have substantial knowledge and experience of the residential lettings market and provide a full professional management service to property owners and landlords.
Residential letting and property management is a highly skilled business. It's very different from sales and that's why we're specialists - not estate agents with lettings tagged on. As specialists we are fully focused on the priorities and needs of Landlords and Tenants, and, unlike estate agents, our loyalties are not divided by dealing with property sales and mortgages.
